Rekiddling the love!

On Saturday we had Christmas on my dad's side of the family. My dad has not gone to his family Christmas in over 15 years. WOW! Long time. It was so nice for everyone to see him! The best part about family is that we start off just where we left off, just like we were never gone that long!! We had a blast at Gentell's house. Tons of delicious food and awesome gifts! As tradition goes, we played the dice game. There were so many presents we had to take 2 at a time!! I actually got everyone to participate in a family photo. The only people we are missing is Grandma Poopaloop (Dad's mom), my brother Brad (lives in California) and Jonas (2nd cousin) decided to take a nap... the whole night!!! And of course in April Tradition, we ended the night with some TIPPY CUP!!!! The girls won everytime!!! It was Kim's first time playing and she rocked it!! Go Kim!

Oh the Joys of Christmas!

After Thanksgiving ,the Christmas season starts. Which means putting up the Christmas Tree!!! Jack and I put up our tree on Friday night while enjoying some Christmas music!!!

I am Thankful for....

This year Jack and I had Turkey day at our house. It turned out great. It was mostly Jack's dad's side of the family and then my dad and sister. We had ad "potluck" turkey day so it wasn't as stressful as it could of been. We still ended up with a ton of food.


We have so many things to be thank full for this year, just to name a few: great family, awesome friends, good health, a warm cozy roof over our head, jobs that keeps the bills paid and most of all each other~!

WEDDING!!!

Hello all! We have finally began the wedding planning! YAY!

We booked our ceremony/reception site today!

Prestwick Gold Club in Woodbury, MN

The date will be March 6th, 2010.

Our beloved George

Everyone, I would like to introduce you to George and Herbert. George and Herbert are watchmen gobies (peonounced GO-BEE). George was one of our first salt water fish. He was my favorite. He loved his mommy! Every time I came to the tank and said "Hi Boys!" George would come to the front of the tank to greet me! Herbert joined out tank from Jody's tank in the beginning of 2009. they became Friends. Soon after Herbert joined, George started to get very plump! Well it turns out that George was actually a Georgeanne!(I continued to call her George!) George and Herbert had little baby gobies! None of them survived but it was really cool to see the egg sack in the tank.

Unfortunately on November 5th George passed away. We believe it was from natural causes. He/she was getting old and it was just his/her time. We will miss our gobie George deeply. Herbert will need to find a new love... but we may just give him some time to grieve.
